Do you offer discreet packaging for online orders?

Yes. All online orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or our store name on the outside.

What are your store hours?

Paramus: Mon–Sat: 10 AM – 11 PM | Sunday: Closed
Lodi: Mon–Sun: 10 AM – 12 AM (Midnight)
Rockaway: Mon–Sat: 10 AM – 10 PM | Sun: 10 AM – 9 PM

What is your return policy?

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. Unopened items in original packaging may be exchanged within 7 days with a receipt. Please contact your nearest location for assistance.

Do I need to be a certain age to shop?

Yes — you must be 18 years of age or older to enter our stores or purchase products online. Valid photo ID may be required.

Do you offer a loyalty or members program?

We are currently developing an exclusive members program. Members will enjoy special discounts, early access to new products, and exclusive promotions. Learn more here.

How do I care for my new purchase?

Care instructions vary by product type. As a general rule, charge toys fully before first use, clean before and after use with an appropriate toy cleaner, and store in a cool, dry place. See our Care Instructions guide for full details.

Absolutely. Give your nearest location a call and our staff will be happy to check availability for you.
